I've been banging away to make reproducible steps for this. It happens often enough now that I think this might work.

1. Offer something to Ekliazeh to establish favor standing. Doesn't matter what, just something to get him on the radar.

2. Tick him off mildly - general non-lawful behavior and dwarf-killings usually work to get negative favor.

3. Once favor is negative, start offering sacrifices. It doesn't actually matter if one is sworn to him or not. Once favor has gone negative, it's fairly easy to get it to continue to drop. Usually, once past level 3 favor with negative values, each subsequent sacrifice will bump the favor rating up one.

Bad tester, no cookie, though. I got an error message this last time I ran into it, and forgot to get a screenshot/dump. I'll update this bug when I get more data.

I've committed no lawful acts to my knowledge with this character, subsequent sacrifices sent my favor display negative, but I seem to be gaining levels with Ekliazeh anyway.
